Overview
This policy explains your rights and our practices for cancellations, refunds and corrections for digital products sold by JOVAP. It applies to all digital downloadable and made-to-order digital products (collectively "Digital Products") supplied via https://jovap.com.
Right to cancel
Under UK consumer law (distance contracts), consumers are normally entitled to a 14-day cancellation (cooling-off) period. However, for Digital Products supplied immediately by electronic download, you will lose the right to cancel once the digital supply has begun if you have given your explicit consent to immediate supply and have acknowledged that you will lose the right to cancel.
If you do not give that consent and acknowledgement before download, the normal 14-day cancellation period applies.
Cancellations before delivery
If you order a made-to-order Digital Product but the download or supply has not yet started, you may cancel the order within 14 days of the date of purchase. To cancel before delivery begins, contact us immediately at support@jovap.com. Once we have started supplying the Digital Product with your prior explicit consent, the right to cancel ends.
No refunds for change of mind
Because Digital Products can be saved and copied, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, buyer's remorse, or emotional reasons once the Digital Product has been delivered. Please check product descriptions, previews and specifications carefully before purchase.
When we will refund
We will provide a refund (or other remedy) where:
- the Digital Product was not delivered (for example, download link not received and we fail to supply it after being notified);
- you received the wrong files (we will re-send the correct files or offer a refund if we cannot correct the issue); or
- the Digital Product is defective or does not conform to the contract and a repair or replacement is not possible or not completed within a reasonable time.
Refunds will not be issued for irrelevant or subjective preferences where the product conforms to the description and specifications provided at purchase.
Revisions and corrections
For made-to-order Digital Products we offer revisions or corrections as the primary remedy. The number of revision rounds included (if any) is specified on the product page. If revisions reasonably fail to resolve a substantial issue, you may be eligible for repair, replacement or a refund under applicable law.

Please include your order number, the email used for the order, a description of the issue, and any relevant attachments (e.g. screenshots). We aim to respond promptly and to resolve legitimate issues quickly.
Processing refunds
If a refund is agreed, we will process it without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of our agreement that you are entitled to a refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Exceptions & special cases
If we fail to provide required pre-contract information (for example, failing to obtain explicit consent to immediate download where required), your cancellation period may be extended by law. Any such statutory extensions will apply as required by UK law.
Data & privacy

Suggested checkout acknowledgement (example)
To comply with UK law for immediate digital supply, include a clear consent checkbox during checkout. Example (short):
Place the checkbox before the final purchase button and require it to be ticked to start the download.
